About Us: Hotspot Cell is a dynamic and growing Wireless Zone Verizon Franchisee dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our clients. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:The Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting various store operations, ensuring our facilities run smoothly, and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to store management and staff.

Coordinate store facilities maintenance with vendors and address any issues promptly.

Assist in payroll and legal coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Act as an administrative support to the leadership team, handling scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Office Management or Project Management is required. Wireless experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
