    The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, supporting field and administrative teams, and ensuring employees follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs. This role will help maintain organization, accountability, and efficiency throughout the office. The Office Manager will also monitor employee performance, address operational issues, and help ensure consistent communication between the office and field teams. This position will play a key role in maintaini ng a productive work environment and supporting the overall success and growth of the company.

     

    Office Manager Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure the office operates efficiently and remains organized.
    • Ensure employees consistently follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures while addressing non-compliance when necessary.
    • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity while providing feedback and holding team members accountable to expectations.
    • Coordinate with field technicians and project teams to ensure they have the information, resources, and administrative support needed to complete jobs successfully.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication between management, office staff, field employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Oversee office records, documentation, data entry, reports, and other administrative responsibilities to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
    • Assist with scheduling employees, jobs, meetings, and other operational activities to ensure priorities are managed effectively.
    • Identify and resolve day-to-day office and operational challenges while escalating larger issues to management when appropriate.
    • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment where employees are supported and expected to perform at a high standard.
    • Work closely with leadership to improve office processes, increase efficiency, strengthen employee performance, and support the overall growth and success of the company.

    Office Manager Requirements:

    • 5+ years of management experience within the restoration industry
    • Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain a high performing team
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and internet and software Systems
    • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
    • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
    • Bilingual
    • Experience with Xactimate is a plus
