    Role Description

    We are looking for a reliable, proficient, experienced Office Manager and Construction Administrator with a professional demeanor to add to our growing team.     This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office. The Office Manager and Construction Administrator will be responsible for opening and closing the office, greeting clients and visitors in a welcoming, considerate and professional manner, managing office tasks and providing administrative support to the Operations Team and Estimator. The position also involves maintaining records, handling correspondence, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations and accurate record keeping.

    Qualifications

    Masterful in MS Outlook and Calendar, and proficient in all MS Office programs, including SharePoint

    Knowledge and interest in learning emerging AI tools to manage electronic records

    Professional demeanor and friendly personality are essential

    Excellent personal hygiene and people skills

    Strong oral, written, and electronic communication abilities

    Meticulous attention to detail for accurate output and precise filing

    Conscientious organization skills for clean workspace and task management

    Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

    Ability to quickly learn new computer software

    Experience in front desk and administrative role required (5-year minimum)

    Construction industry experience required (3-year minimum)

    Builder Trend, Adaptive, and/or similar project program software experience required (3-year minimum)
