    OFFICE MANAGER w/ HANDYMAN KNOWLEDGE

    Responsibilities Needed To Fit Into Our Team ($20-30/hour based on skillset and experience):

    • This is a W2 position. We include medical and dental benefits, paid holidays and PTO for your well-deserved work-life balance.

    • It's a 40-hour per week gig, and you get to dance in your PJs because it's a fully remote position.

    • We're not looking for a normal office manager; we're looking for someone with a positive, high-energy demeanor who has handyman knowledge – maybe you’ve worked in the field or done tons of home improvement jobs yourself — we get lots of calls every day, each are different, and our office team needs to be able to engage with the customer’s needs and talk intelligently about a solution

    • Customer service is not just a phrase; it's your mantra. Ace Hardware has been delivering top notch customer experience for over 100 years! You'll collaborate with our dynamic team like a superhero joining forces with other heroes (minus the capes, unless that's your thing).

    Required Qualifications and Skills - You Got This!:

    • Successful sales experience are your battle scars—we want gladiators, not keyboard warriors.

    • Quick learner alert! You'll need to conquer new software systems faster than a superhero changing into their costume. Service Titan, Microsoft and Google are your sidekicks, and Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, Drive, etc., are your weapons of choice.

    • Bring your own hardware—we're not just talking about hammers and screwdrivers. At a minimum, a computer/laptop and two additional monitors.

    This is a remote position.
