    ✨ What You’ll Do

    Billing & Xactimate (Primary Responsibility)

    Create, review, and submit all billing using Xactimate (required)

    Manage supplements, revisions, estimate corrections, and billing follow-up

    Ensure all documentation meets carrier, compliance, and job‑tracking standards

    Communicate with adjusters, clients, and team members regarding billing status

    Maintain accurate billing logs, timelines, and payment tracking

    Office Administration

    Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and a friendly voice

    Schedule appointments, coordinate field teams, and manage calendars

    Handle job files, documentation, compliance paperwork, and digital organization

    Keep office operations efficient, smooth, and beautifully organized

    Assist with data entry, invoicing, reports, and internal communication

    Improve or create office systems that keep things running with less stress

    Team & Customer Interaction

    Provide outstanding customer service to clients and vendors

    Work closely with the owner to remove tasks from their workload

    Bring positive energy, problem‑solving, and a “we’ll figure it out” mindset

    📚 Required Skills & Experience

    Xactimate experience (billing, estimating, or supplements) — REQUIRED

    Strong administrative and organizational skills

    Experience with scheduling, phones, and customer service

    Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to handle confidential information

    Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems/software

    ⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome)

    Restoration industry experience

    CRM or project management software knowledge

    Understanding of insurance billing workflows

    Ability to build or refine office processes
