    Job Description

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries
    • Manage mail, shipping, and receiving, including tracking deliveries
    • Oversee light warehouse operations and organization
    • Track and manage inventory levels
    • Assist with customer service inquiries (orders, invoices, payments)
    • Handle administrative and operational tasks across the business
    • Maintain office organization and supplies
    • Support internal teams with ad hoc requests and small projects
    • Improve basic operational processes as the business grows

    • Office runs smoothly with minimal oversight
    • Shipments and inventory handled accurately and on time

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • 3–7 years in office admin or operations role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Experience with shipping/receiving or logistics
    • Comfortable handling customer issues
    • High ownership and reliability
    • Strong communication skills

    Bonus

    • Experience in a growing business environment
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
