Office & Operations Manager (Field Services)
Brooklyn, NY (In office Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)
$90K-$120K (DOE)
Position Overview
A growing service-based company specializing in commercial facility maintenance and compliance services is seeking a hands-on Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate field and office teams, and ensure efficient, accountable execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and team performance
- Manage scheduling and routing of field technicians
- Serve as the point of coordination between office and field teams
- Track workflows, proposals, and job completion to ensure execution
- Oversee ordering of equipment and operational needs
- Lead team meetings, training, and onboarding
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements
Qualifications & Must-Haves
- Experience in operations, office management, or service-based environments
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and teams
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or logistics preferred
