What You’ll Do
Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, families, and caregivers
Track and assist with incoming client intakes
Assist with scheduling, client records, and office documentation
Support billing, payroll, and other administrative operations
Step in as Alternative Administrator when needed
Maintain office organization and efficiency
Support non-medical service coordination
Liaison with Registered Nurse, & Business Development, Recruitment & Ownership
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma/GED required; some college or business coursework preferred
Minimum of one year supervisory or admin experience preferred in home care, hospital, ambulatory, assisted living or nursing home within the state of Florida.
Proficiency with Scheduling Systems, Office Products and ability to learn industry‑specific software quickly
Step in as Alternate Administrator when needed
Local knowledge and proximity to West Palm Beach area
Strong problem‑solver with exceptional time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities
Liaison with Registered Nurse and Business Development Professional
Excellent verbal and written communication; professional appearance and demeanor
Calm under pressure—you handle crises with efficiency and empathy
Milenis Home Care is a newly established Home Health Agency, currently in the process of licensing with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). We provide non-medical home care services with placement of RN supervised caregivers offering assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to help clients remain safe, independent, and supported in their homes.
While our primary focus is serving the older adult population, Milenis Home Care also supports transgenerational clients, including postpartum mothers, infants, and children with disabilities, delivering compassionate, individualized care tailored to each stage of life.
