Job Description
The Steve Wilkos Show is seeking an Office Production Assistant to provide administrative support to various departments within the production. In this role, you will work both in the production office as well as an active studio. Ideal candidates should be acutely detail oriented, have a general understanding of television production, and be willing to help in all aspects of production when needed.
** Essential Responsibilities:**
• Provide studio administrative support to executive producers
• Assist digital department with fan emails
• Liaison between show production and show experts, providing administrative support when necessary
• Maintain inventory of all office and production supplies
• Supply daily support to show staff and production management department in all aspects of production
• Manage incoming and outgoing FedEx packages
• Maintain professional appearance of the office at all times
• Maintain all staff contact lists
• Transcribe guest carts
• Call guests with airdates
Qualifications
_ Basic Requirements:_
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and navigating the internet and social media

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States
• Must be able to work in Stamford, CT and remotely
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short
notice
Desired Characteristics :
• Experience with a talk show, news or court program or other relevant
entertainment a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
Additional Requirements:
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time
from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
