Fort Worth Area Manager Evening Position
Position Title: Area Manager
Reports To: President / CEO, Business Owners
Supervises: Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees / Client Relations
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled/exceeded and the work is being completed on budget (labor & chemicals).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
Clean/fill-in assigned number of hours on a regular basis (as required)
Manage & develop Team Leads
Perform periodic quality assurance inspections conducted, including timely follow-up and corrective action
Hire employees (assist with recruiting & interviewing)
Manage labor budget in assigned area
Put together strategy if over budget on how to come into alignment
Manage Chronotek – labor budget versus actual variances & monitoring employee alerts
Scheduling: work loading/staffing new and old accounts openings
Making sure new clients are scheduled and implemented with cleaner(s)
Making sure new and existing clients have proper & necessary equipment and supplies
Coordinate client setup and implementation
Assist in building the management team, as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the Owners.
Report nightly, via area manager written report/text message, as required. Reports accounts for time , accomplishments and activity.
Attend team staff meetings held weekly/ as needed accounting for time, tasks completed, tasks yet to be completed, problem- solving with Owner(s)
Every and all aspects of managing the general operations of business in your area, with direction of Owners.
Perform and/or assist with Floorcare tasks & service, as needed.
Leading/Management of Post Construction Cleans from start to finish, on-time and under budget, including: staffing, scheduling, training, equipment, 100% customer satisfaction.
