    We are looking for someone who is: dedicated, hard-working, who loves working with people, an organized self-starter, positive attitude, committed to excellence and personal growth! Must be Bilingual. Work Sunday - Thursday, off on Friday and Saturday.

    Compensation:

    $16.00-$22.00 per hour

    Bi-weekly direct deposit!

    W-2 employee (NO 1099) we pay taxes on you

    Option to Use of company vehicle during working hours

    Must be over the age of 21 with a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check

    Supervises : Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Managing labor needs in our locations throughout the area we give you.

    Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.

    Quality control of area services using customized scorecards.

    Maintaining supply levels weekly.

    Interaction with customer while visiting locations.

    Conflict resolution.

    Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.

    Passion for a job well done.

    We are a local Commercial Cleaning Company serving the Lee, Collier, and charlotte County Areas that is looking for an Area Manager. This is a hands on position, not an office position. In this position you will be working with our team on a daily basis working with our front line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning.

    This position reports to the Operations Team. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills and be a problem solver.
