Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our night cleaning crew, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standards

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and sanitized in accordance with our company's strict protocols

Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to tackle any cleaning challenge

Train and supervise new team members, instilling our values of excellence and customer satisfaction

Maintain open communication with our management team, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing friendly and professional service at all times

Qualifications:

2-3 years of supervisory experience

Ability to lead and motivate employees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
