Office Pride Commercial Cleaning is seeking an internal RECRUITER to join our team! We are currently seeking the right person to assist our Current Staffing Recruiter, this person would serve as an Assisting Hand to the Staffing Recruiter.

Base Hourly Pay $12.00/hr

Hours: Part-Time 8am-1pm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for temporary staffing recruiting and hiring efforts

Must greet customers professionally in person and on telephone

Must be computer savvy

Pre-Screening via Phone

Conducting Interviews and Scheduling Interviews

Must have professional appearance and speaking voice

Must be able to work alone or with a team

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with lots of energy & enthusiasm

Must be positive and work toward team goals

Previous staffing experience a plus

Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

Must have excellent attendance

Other as requested by management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources and/or staffing a plus (at least 1 year)

General knowledge of labor and employment laws

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong attention to detail
