This is a flexible position with part-time evening hours.
Responsibilities
Responsible for being point of contact for all applicants and new hires via phone or email.
Maintains and updates job postings.
Follows hiring streamline to on board new employees.
Interacts with hiring software.
Follows up with applicants regarding hiring decisions.
Other duties assigned by Operations Manager.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have PC skills, and able to work in office environment.
Ability to be flexible, and have a positive, outgoing demeanor.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Interviewing and recruiting experience a plus.
Familiarity with professional cleaning/janitorial services a plus.
