We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as Operations Manager for the Johnson County area. The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership for teams across the area, enabling them to achieve maximum results for the company. This role is also responsible for the delivery of services to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations to ensure long term client retention. Work hours will generally be flexed between the hours of 9:00am-6:30pm, with occasional evening and weekends required. Approximately 60% of your time will be in the field and 40% of your time will be at the office for meetings and administrative tasks.

Supervises: Area Managers, Supervisors, Floor Division, Cleaning Techs
Basic Function: A general manager maintains the smooth and efficient operations of a business. The GM puts the vision of the company into play.
Major Responsibilities:
Work in close partnership with the Owner, support the management of daily operations of the business
Create a team atmosphere
Have all Key Performance Indicators within proper range

Become a certified trainer
Provide classroom and onsite training for employees
Startup new accounts (including preparing supplies)
Ensure all accounts are fully stocked with supplies and chemicals
Ensure top quality in all accounts
Inspect all accounts monthly/during business hours
Train for/manage all floor services/equipment
Maintenance of all equipment/floor equipment/autos
Arrange any needed sub-contractors (windows, etc…)
Arrange any needed account rep substitutions for call-offs, vacations, illness, etc…
Employee job performance accountability (1-2-3 steps discipline)
Follow-up on all customer feedback
Give and receive feedback from front line employees
Operational walk-thru
Follow proper human resource policies and procedures
Assist employment interviews, and pro-actively look ahead for possible staffing needs
Meet regularly with Customers in the field at customer locations
Respond to customer requests/complaints in a timely fashion and with a solution/resolution
Identify additional service opportunities to assist in increasing company revenue
Assist with new customer start ups

EXPERIENCE:
Management: 3 years minimum
Experience in facilities or commercial cleaning management preferred but not required Highly detail-oriented

Salary starting at $45,000 plus Growth Bonus.
