Day Cleaning Position Fulltime

Job Duties Traveling to multiple facilities daily (company vehicle provided) cleaning each facility per site cleaning specifications. Must be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some overtime and weekends as needed. Duties to include:

Performing janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of commercial facilities.

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.

Dust and wipe down surfaces.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms.

Refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers.

Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Must have valid Virginia drivers license and clean driving record (no tickets or accidents within the last 5 years).

Must be able to pass random drug screening.

Must be willing to travel to multiple sites daily using company vehicle.

Must be detailed oriented and care about service quality.

Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted budgeted time.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.

Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
