Full Time Evening Supervisor

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, must have open availability 3:00pm until 1:00am

Position Summary: Supervise a team in a large manufacturing facility, providing janitorial services in offices and common areas.

What will I do?

Create a team atmosphere with front line employees

Manage supplies

Inspect the work of your employees

Train and coach front line employees

Meet budgets for labor and supplies

Fill or sub for open spots on your team

Communicate with Day Supervisor and Site Manager

What are the requirements?

Experience successfully leading a team

Work history that demonstrates responsibility and work ethic

Detail oriented and efficient

Able to lift and carry 35 pounds
