Position Summary:

Working independently in a modern office building, ensure facility is cleaned according to guidelines. Work hours are 6:00pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, and a flexible time on Saturday. Location is in the Town Center area of Virginia Beach.

Essential Duties:

Follow the client’s customized cleaning checklist which may include dusting, disinfecting bathroom and kitchen areas, replenishing supplies, sweep/mop/vacuum, empty trash, etc.

Follow procedures for:

Ordering supplies and equipment

Keeping janitorial closet neat

Wear assigned uniform

Follow established policies of confidentiality, key assignment, safety etc.

High reliability

Qualifications:

Happy attitude, strong work ethic, high integrity

Enjoy being on your feet and moving around

Able to lift 30 pounds

Pays attention to details and acts independently to solve problems

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience

Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
