We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our team at Bela Brand Bat. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support other departments with general office duties when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
