We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Miami office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming atmosphere while handling administrative duties with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage scheduling and meeting room reservations
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
Collaborate with internal departments to support daily office functions
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
