    About Us We are a well-established law firm seeking a professional and personable receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Our firm handles Personal Injury and Family Law matters. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. What We Offer • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Health Insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities • Supportive team environment Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation that the receptionist will be at his/her desk at 9:00 AM Responsibilities: • Greet clients, attorneys, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system • Schedule appointments for consultations, and make sure court notices are added to the calendar • Maintain client confidentiality at all times • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Use practice management software, Slack for interoffice communication, and RingCentral phone system • Scanning and processing incoming mail • Process payments and maintain basic billing records • Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces • Provide general administrative support • Call new leads and follow up with existing leads Qualifications: • Previous receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a legal setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with legal practice management software is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
