We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Boston office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Support internal departments with clerical duties when required
Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
