Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Professional appearance and communication skills. You are the face of the company. • The ability to listen with empathy and sincerity. • You are a natural at putting people at ease and making them feel appreciated and welcome. • You have great attention to detail. • You have the unique ability to deal with multiple interruptions during the day. Compensation: $36,000 - $40,000 yearly
