Insurance experience is not required. We're open to entry-level candidates who are dependable, personable, eager to learn, and excited about building a career in a professional office setting.

What You'll Do

As an Office Representative, you'll help support the day-to-day operations of the agency while providing a positive experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.

Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service.

Assist customers with policy questions, account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Follow up with customers as needed to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed.

Help customers navigate their insurance needs and connect them with the appropriate team member when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination.

Learn insurance products, agency procedures, and computer systems.

Work closely with the agency team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
