We're looking for someone who is ready to work hard, learn, and grow. Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience, but we're also open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.

Recommend insurance products and coverage based on each customer's situation.

Prepare quotes and explain coverage, discounts, and options.

Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.

Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.

Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.

Participate in training and coaching to continue developing your skills.

What We're Looking For

Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience.

Active Property & Casualty license is a plus (must be obtained upon hire)

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
