Position Overview:
At the Kaffenberger Farm Bureau Agency we're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Insurance Office Representative to support both new and existing customers throughout their insurance journey. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate coverage options, assisting with policy needs, and identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a primary contact for customer questions, policy updates, and account servicing requests. • Conduct policy reviews and discuss coverage options with customers to ensure their insurance needs are being met. • Strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing communication. • Assist customers with quotes, policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations. • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that align with customer needs. • Maintain accurate account records and support agency operations through effective follow-up and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. • Ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, administrative support, or insurance is preferred. • Comfortable working toward agency goals while providing exceptional service. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
