We’re hiring an Office Representative to join our team in a role that blends customer interaction, sales, and day-to-day office support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that’s focused on growth.

You don’t need prior insurance experience — we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs

Assist with quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance products

Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline

Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person conversations

Support clients with policy updates, renewals, and general questions

Keep accurate notes and activity in our CRM system

Identify opportunities to increase coverage and provide additional solutions

Work closely with the team to support office goals and daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers

Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Self-motivated and dependable

Willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll guide you through the process)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
