    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Scheduler to join our growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient daily operations by coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and delivering excellent customer service.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    Schedule and dispatch service technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs

    Coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and productivity

    Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

    Book service appointments and confirm upcoming jobs with customers

    Communicate job details, updates, and changes with technicians in real time

    Prioritize emergency and urgent service requests appropriately

    Maintain accurate customer records and job information in scheduling software/CRM

    Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day

    Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction

    Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing support, and filing

    Qualifications & Skills

    Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred)

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

    Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service scheduling

    Familiarity with dispatching software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)

    Understanding of service areas, routing, and technician workflows
