Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Scheduler/Assistant to join our team! As an Office Scheduler/Assistant, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Schedule work orders for Service Techs
Assist Office Manager with any paperwork or office needs
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel and a quick learner.
Bilingual is a plus.
