    Bonavita Luxury & Portable Lavatories is seeking a detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. We provide portable restrooms, luxury trailers, and temporary fencing rentals for construction sites, events, and municipalities throughout Connecticut and surrounding states.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

    Job Description – Office Secretary

    Responsibilities

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

    Provide general administrative support to office and field staff.

    Multitask between calls, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

    Create estimates and invoices, inputting them into the company’s system accurately.

    File and organize paperwork to maintain up-to-date records.

    Maintain and update the event calendar for deliveries, services, and pick-ups.

    Call customers to collect payments for upcoming events and services.

    Assist with client communication and scheduling adjustments as needed.

    Requirements

    Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company software.

    Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

    Schedule & Pay

    Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility for events).

    Pay: $20–22/hour, depending on experience.

    Benefits: Holidays and PTO after 90 day probationary period.
