Our client, a large firm with 11 national locations, is currently seeing an Office Services Specialist. This position will work with the Director of Administration, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm to include facilities, hospitality, local technology support, and office services. This position plays a critical role in the office and requires excellent communication skills. The Office Services Specialist is expected to take a hands-on approach to accomplish operating objectives, and to take responsibility for the overall delivery of support services.

Training and experience in basic computer hardware, software, and network configuration, as well as audio/visual equipment experience.
Minimum 5 years in office services in legal or professional organization
