About the Role:

Join GFC Lenexa as an Office Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative tasks.

Manage scheduling and coordination of classes, events, and staff assignments.

Provide exceptional customer service to parents and participants, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Assist in onboarding and training new staff members to maintain high service standards.

Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to support operations.

Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to attendance, finances, and staff performance.

Support marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase community engagement.

Manage vending operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or supervisory roles, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and families.

Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.

High school diploma required

Flexible schedule with availability during evenings and weekends.

Passion for working with children and creating a fun, supportive environment.

Relaible transportation.

Transporting from location to location.
