Office Support Assistant
We’re looking for a dependable and friendly Office Support Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our customers. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people, you could be a great fit for our team.
In this role, you’ll support both our Marketing Department and Front Desk with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks that make a real difference in our day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist callers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and route incoming calls, taking clear and accurate messages
Schedule appointments using prepared scripts
Assist with filing, organizing, and managing documents (both paper and digital)
Enter and track information using spreadsheets
Maintain accurate records while protecting customer information
Help keep our office clean, organized, and welcoming
Support team members with general office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Excellent organization and time management
Comfortable using Excel and online systems
High attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
