We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support with daily office operations.
- Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Purchase Orders : Processing purchase orders ensuring accurancy and identifying possible issues.
- Invoicing: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or business are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing procedures.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
