    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our client onsite at a major law firm in Midtown Manhattan.

    This is a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity for someone experienced in office services, facilities support, and reprographics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate high-volume copy, print, and bindery equipment

    • Handle mailroom tasks: shipping, receiving, sorting, and delivery

    • Maintain and troubleshoot copier equipment

    • Assist with scanning, imaging, and document prep

    • Support meeting room setups and light maintenance

    • Occasionally cover reception duties

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 1+ year experience in legal or office services preferred

    • Strong customer service and communication skills

    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
