What Drives Us at Paul Davis: Our Core Values

Deliver What You Promise – Integrity is non-negotiable.

Respect the Individual – Every person, every time.

Take Pride in Your Work – Own the outcome.

Always Improve – Strive to be better every day.

Our Vision To provide extraordinary care while serving people in their greatest time of need.

Our Mission To create opportunities for great people to deliver best-in-class results—and build lasting careers while doing it.

What You’ll Do As an Office & Warehouse Manager at Paul Davis, you’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our Mitigation and Reconstruction teams moving. From staging vaults to managing inventory and keeping our Carlstadt facility spotless, your work ensures technicians show up on‑site with exactly what they need—on time and in top condition. This is hands‑on, purpose‑driven work that matters.

    You will:

Own warehouse organization and 5s standards—keep aisles clear, signage up, and vaults neatly stacked (up to 3‑high via forklift).

Stage and turn equipment/vaults for pack‑outs and pack‑backs; verify contents lists and ensure trucks roll out fully stocked.

Oversee fleet van maintenance and readiness—perform daily walk‑arounds to ensure vans are stocked, schedule oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections; coordinate body‑work or mechanical repairs; keep interiors clean, stocked, and DOT‑compliant.

Work closely with the Director of Mitigation on inventory accuracy, equipment purchases, and repair decisions for vans/equipment.

Clean, test, and tag equipment on return; route damaged units for repair and track idle days to improve utilization.

Join daily morning huddles with the Director of Mitigation and Project Managers to surface shortages, shipping needs, and priority jobs.

Receive and dispatch deliveries—from consumables to subcontractor drop‑offs—verifying paperwork and logging serial numbers.

Operate and maintain material‑handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with daily safety inspections and OSHA compliance.

Handle light office administration: reset laptops/tablets for interns, manage mail and courier pickups, and coordinate small‑item purchasing.

Take pride in a safe, organized workspace—model our Core Values and drive continuous improvement every day.
