    Job Description:

As a Manager of Care Services at ComForCare, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of home care services to ensure safe and effective delivery, support agency structure and policy development, manage budgets and assist in quality assurance and performance evaluation efforts.

    What we are looking for:

    Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience

    Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required

    CPR certification

    CNA preferred

    In office experience

    What you will be doing: Client care: PRN in home client care.

    Scheduling: Creating and maintaining caregiver schedules; filling call-outs and coverage gaps

    Care plans: Assisting with intake, updating care plans, and making sure services are delivered as ordered

    Staff support: Supporting caregivers with questions, concerns, and day-to-day issues

    Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, notes, and compliance paperwork

    Problem-solving: Handling schedule changes, client concerns, and urgent situations quickly and professionally

    Quality assurance: Checking in with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and quality of care

    Office support: Helping with administrative tasks, onboarding paperwork, and coordination with management

    Salary Range:

    $20-$24
