Part-Time Office and Operations Assistant

Integrity Support Solutions is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Office and Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing agency serving adults with autism and intellectual disabilities throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, communication skills, and administrative background.
Position Summary
The Office and Operations Assistant will provide operational and clerical support to agency leadership and office staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and document tracking
Maintain electronic and physical files in an organized manner
Support scheduling and communication with staff and families
Assist with data entry and CRM updates (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)
Help prepare reports, forms, meeting materials, and correspondence
Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering
Assist leadership team with special projects and administrative tasks
Support compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping
Coordinate reminders, follow-ups, and internal communications
Coordinate and plan activities and events for clients and staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or administrative certification preferred
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to learn agency software systems quickly
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience in healthcare, home care, human services, or IDD/autism services is a plus
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record preferred
Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test
