    Job Summary

    The office and project coordinator is responsible for supporting the core administrative and operational functions of the business. This role helps keep projects, communication, and internal systems organized while ensuring accuracy and follow-through. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and thrives in an environment where accountability and teamwork matter.

    Responsibilities .

    Answers the phones and services customers accordingly or directs the call to the appropriate party.

    Responsible for maintaining CRM for tracking customer, supplier, subcontractor, and vendor activity.

    Responsible for supplier and vendor communication and coordination assistance.

    Prepares invoices and billing materials for customers, follows up on customer payments.

    Procures office supplies within budget guidelines.

    Ensures timely incoming and outgoing mail flow, especially if mailbox is off-site.

    Fulfills errands for office on an as-needed basis.

    Qualifications

    Possess High School Diploma or equivalent

    Possess valid Drivers License

    Minimum of three years experience in an office or customer service position, experience with sign companies preferred.

    Excellent communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to present and speak in public

    Ability to exercise integrity at the moment of choice

    Ability to think and reason strategically

    Comprehensive computer skills required to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Monday.com or Trello experience preferred.

    Proven experience in an organizational setting

    This is an hourly wage position. Base wage is $20-25 per hour and is based on experience.

    Paid Vacation will be provided. One (1) week of vacation will be provided per annum and will increase based on years of service.

    The company offers six (7) paid holidays.
