    Office Manager – Golden Grove Countertops (Part-Time) Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM-3PM (Flexible) Location: Auburn, CA

    Golden Grove Countertops is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and warmth.

    Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the company calendar.

    Greet clients as they arrive, assist with inquiries, and ensure a welcoming showroom environment.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and front office.

    Use Project Force CRM to track leads, manage customer information, and update project details.

    Process payments over the phone and record transactions accurately.

    Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

    Perform general administrative tasks and support office efficiency.

    Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    Experience with CRM systems preferred (Project Force experience a plus).

    Knowledge of construction or sales is an advantage.

    Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

    Schedule & Compensation Part-time: Monday through Saturday, 1 PM–5 PM Saturday 10 AM - 3PM (Flexible)

    Compensation: $22 per hour plus possible incentives
