About the Role:
Join COMMUNICATIONS INSTALL SOLUTIONS INC as an Office Assistant-HR in Burlingame, CA! This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to support our HR team while contributing to a dynamic and growing company that values innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
