We provide residential and commercial pest control, termite service and inspection, nuisance bird and bat control, wildlife trapping, gopher and mole service, weed abatement, and aphid and white fly control. JOB DUTIES

• Provide customer service to new customers by phone.
• Explain service options and answer questions on inbound calls.
• Follow up on service proposals.
• Dispatch and routing of service technicians.
• Participate in heavy phone volume.
