Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in selling their houses • Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners to facilitate the sale of their property • Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners • Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task • Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software • Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset/attitude • Manage the sales team and ensure that they hit company metrics • Train sales team on rapport-building negotiations Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively • Previous sales experience is a plus • Ability to build rapport with clients • Self-motivation • Excellent verbal communication skills Our ideal candidate would be: • Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity • Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems • Quick starter • Can follow instructions and is detail-oriented • Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales Experience • No Real Estate Experience is Required but preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
