YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM schedule with weekends off. Sales calls are expected to be answered after hours as necessary. This is an IN-OFFICE position. Feel free to message us with any questions you may have that would potentially be a deal breaker for you. This position has a base salary plus a commission that is paid on a biweekly basis. The salary range is based on hitting minimum KPI expectations. Responsibilities: • Work well with the Follow-up Team to ensure a successful transition into negotiations and closing • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research to offer the fairest offer • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Meet with distressed/motivated sellers who want to sell their houses fast Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

    • Work well with the Follow-up Team to ensure a successful transition into negotiations and closing • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research to offer the fairest offer • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Meet with distressed/motivated sellers who want to sell their houses fast • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
