    Ann Pearl Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for an Administrative Assistant who provides competent, responsible assistance to our community by performing multiple administrative support such as monitoring logs; data tracking; answering correspondence, special event planning; preparation and collection of operational reports; research; assists and directs residents' families & visitors; resolves administrative problems and inquiries. Successful Administrative Assistant Applicants Must: • 2-years’ experience in administrative / executive assistant or combination, preferably in healthcare industry. • Customer Service skills for this position are critical. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)
