The Villas is looking for a genuinely caring night shift Nurse Supervisor who strives to provide clinical and service excellence in a fast paced, team environment for our short stay, high acuity guests. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our night shift Nurse Supervisor manages nursing staff and oversees the operation of three nursing units. Our Nurse Supervisors implement and track the effectiveness of our nursing programs, keep our DON well informed, and coordinate unit admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Successful Nurse Supervisors Applicants MUST:
• Pass criminal background check, TB, and drug screen.
• Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
• CPR certified.
• Have a minimum 2-years’ experience as an RN. Experience as a Nurse Supervisor is preferred.
• (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)


Hours:
Full-time EVENING (2pm-10:30pm) shift is available.
