    The Villas, a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Liliha area, is looking for a genuinely caring Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who has previous management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and who is passionate about providing clinical oversight for our short stay, high acuity guests. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides direct oversight to our nurse managers, as well as being a key leader for the entire clinical staff. Our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible to develop and implement clinical care-delivery to guests by overseeing admissions, discharges, MDS assessments, care planning, RAI process, infection Control processes, and clinical quality assessment and performance improvement activities. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) serves as a clinical resource to our staff and must be able to train and facilitate the professional development of our interdisciplinary work team.     Successful Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Applicants MUST:
    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
    • Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
    • Be CPR certified.
    • Have at least 3-years of experience working in a nurse leadership role, some of which must have occurred in a SNF, or another rehabilitative environment.

    Hours:
    Full time, day shift position. However, work hours often exceed 8 hours per day, may include weekends, evenings, holidays and are subject to call-back during emergencies.
