     Pure Barre, the largest, most established barre fitness concept in the nation, with over 500 studios in the United States and Canada, is coming soon to Tacoma Washington! Pure Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. Pure Barre has exploded in popularity in recent years, due to its extremely effective technique, friendly, high-energy atmosphere, and fun, motivating music.

    We offer exciting opportunities for candidates who enjoy cultivating strong relationships with our fitness savvy top notch clientele. You will be providing our clients VIP access so they can be the first to hear about and purchase the best package specials and the most up to date & chicest fitness fashion trends. Our General Manager/Sales Manager will be out and about generating excitement, and providing new clients with the best that boutique fitness has to offer by attending grass root events, following up on referrals and leads, universities, and other local community events. Top notch sales training will be provided.

    The ideal General Manager will oversee 70% sales generation and 30% studio functionality.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
    • Confident in generating sales and training sales associates
    • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
    • Previous management experience required
    • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to excel in a fastchanging, diverse environment
    • Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
    • An affinity and passion for fitness
    • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
    • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
    • College Degree Preferred
    • This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
    • Must be able to travel to California for initial training

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and networking
    • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
    • Manage membership and retail sales
    • Ensure the studio is on track to meet all sales goals
    • Supervise Sales Representatives and provide additional training when needed
    • Manage the studios ClubReady account and run all studio reports
    • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
    • Collect outstanding membership dues
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
    • Enforce studio policies and procedures
    • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
    • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
    • Generate leads for out of studio events and marketing
    • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
