About Our Agency:

We are a rapidly expanding Allstate agency seeking experienced Sales Agents to join our high-performing team. Our agency operates with distinct divisions for customer service and sales, enabling a focused and effective approach.

Job Description:

Handle 15+ internet leads daily

Participate in a round-robin system for high-volume live transfers

Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Commit to two extended work evenings per week until 7:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary based on experience, capped at $36k/year

Bi-monthly salary payments on the 1st & 15th

Sales commissions paid bi-monthly on the 1st & 15th, up to 13%

Health insurance coverage, covering 50% of the individual's cost

Paid holidays

401(k) plan with a 3% match

***** Qualifications:

Must have prior experience writing more than $15,000 in monthly premiums specifically with Allstate

Exceptional communication skills

Proven track record in sales within the insurance sector
