    Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Administrative Assistant  to provide superior coordination of the front desk duties utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. This high-energy, detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing tasks to efficiently run the front desk environment by performing a variety of responsibilities with confidence. Responsibilities: • Post, revise and refresh hiring ad’s (Wizehire, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, etc). • Prospect and attend “career day”. • Pre-screen all applicants. • Schedule phone interviews. • Schedule face to face interviews. • Onboard new hires. • Put together new employee folders for each position. • Put together new employee files. • Assist with tech support for office staff. • Review and submit all employee invoices for payment. • Employee relations. • Training. • General admin duties. • Work with insurance provider. • Help build systems, processes and manuals. • Make sure all office compliance is in order (Fair housing, etc). Qualifications: • Prior human resources experience needed. • Tech savvy. • Extremely strong people skills. • Belief in the companies vision and mission. • Nurture the company culture. • Stress the companies core values. • Ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Be a team player who thrives on working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect others and the bottom line. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities. • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. • Independent and self-motivated. • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed. • Have a “No excuses” attitude. • Have a “No task is to small” attitude. Compensation: $10 - $12 Depending on Experience
